Returns
We hope that you are happy and satisfied with your order. However, should you wish to return a product, this is possible within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returns are only possible after registration via email. To do so, send an email to info@studiomand.nl stating your order number and the reason for the return. After your return request, you will receive a return form and a DPD, DHL return label from us via email. This return label must be used to return the product.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer and may vary. We will, of course, ensure that these costs are kept as low as possible. These return costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
The product must be returned complete, unused, and in new condition. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that are incomplete or show signs of use. Custom-made or products made specifically upon request cannot be returned.
Exchanges are not possible. If you would like a different product or size, you can return the item and place a new order. We recommend carefully checking that you have selected the correct product and size before completing your purchase, as we begin processing and packing orders almost immediately.
However, we’re always happy to think along with you. If you’re unsure about a product or size, feel free to contact us by email; we’re here to help and advise you.
As soon as we receive the return shipment, we will perform a quality check. Upon approval, we will refund the purchase amount of the returned items via the original payment method, minus the return shipping costs. You will receive a confirmation by email once the refund has been processed.
