Shipping & Delivery

We do our utmost to ship your order as quickly as possible. We process and ship orders within 1–3 working days.

As soon as your package leaves our studio, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation with a track & trace code. We will keep you updated on the status of your delivery step by step via email, so you know exactly where your order is. After shipment, the delivery time within the Netherlands is usually 1–2 working days, and 3–5 working days within the rest of Europe.

Should it not be possible to meet the stated delivery times for any reason, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, we unfortunately no longer have any influence on the exact delivery time. We are dependent on DPD, DHL or other carriers engaged by us for delivery and cannot be held liable for any delays.
