Refund policy

We hope that you are happy and satisfied with your order. If you still wish to return a product, this is possible within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns are only possible after registering by email. Please send an email to info@studiomand.nl and include your order number and the reason for the return. After your return request, you will receive a return form and a DHL return label by email. This return label must be used to send the product back.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer and may vary. We will, of course, ensure that these costs are kept as low as possible. These return costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

The product must be returned complete, unused, and in new condition. Unfortunately, returns that are incomplete or show signs of use cannot be accepted. Custom-made or specially requested products cannot be returned.

Exchanges are not possible. If you would still like a different product or size, you can return the item and place a new order. We recommend carefully checking that you have selected the correct product and size before ordering, as we begin processing and packaging your order almost immediately after it is placed.

However, we are always happy to think along with you. If you have any doubts about a product or size, you can always contact us by email so we can discuss and advise you.

Once we have received the return shipment, we will carry out a quality check. After approval, we will refund the purchase amount of the returned items via the original payment method, minus the return costs. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
