These general terms and conditions apply to all orders and agreements concluded via our webshop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Prices and payment

All prices in our webshop include VAT, unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in advance via the payment methods offered on our website. As soon as payment is received, we will start processing your order.

Shipping and delivery

We do our best to process orders within Ships within 1–5 business days, unless it concerns products made especially for you (such as custom orders or alternative sizes).

Any shipping costs will be displayed transparently during checkout. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Right of withdrawal – returns

We naturally hope that you are completely happy and satisfied with your Studio Mand. product. For a small brand like ours, a return process is quite intensive, but of course, the rule is: if you are not satisfied, you may return your order.

Returns are possible within 14 days of receipt.
After registration, you have 14 days to return the product.
The return costs are at your own expense.
Custom-made products or items made specifically upon request cannot be returned.

The product must be returned unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging. To register a return and for further instructions, please contact us via info@studiomand.nl. Upon receipt and inspection, we will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible.

Complaints

We value satisfied customers. Do you have a complaint about a product or our service? Please contact us via info@studiomand.nl. We aim to respond within 14 days and work together to find a suitable solution.

Warranty

We guarantee that our products meet reasonable quality expectations. All our products are manufactured and inspected with care and attention.

Has a product unexpectedly been damaged or is it incomplete upon receipt? Please contact us as soon as possible via info@studiomand.nl, so that we can work together to find a solution (repair or replacement).

Liability

Studio Mand. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of its products. Our liability is in all cases limited to the amount of the relevant order.

All content on the Studio Mand. website, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Studio Mand. or the respective rights holder and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.
